Richmond still had a mass shooting on July 4th despite arrests

Police have revealed that two illegal aliens allegedly plotted a mass shooting at Richmond’s 4th of July celebrations. Alvarado-Dubon, 52, and Rolman Balacarcel, 38, were arrested and charged with being non-citizens in possession of firearms just days before the event. They had two AR-15s and numerous magazines. Someone overheard them talking about the planned shooting and called police.

Police say they plotted to carry out a mass shooting during Richmond’s Fourth of July celebration. More charges are still pending.

Police said one of the suspects had already been deported from the United States multiple times. They did not say which of the two suspects this was.

Richmond actually did experience a mass shooting on the fourth of July.

Six people were shot and wounded outside The Cyber Cafe. The Cafe is advertised as a Black owned business featuring jazz and poetry slams. Two of the victims were said to be in critical condition. No local media has provided a description of any suspect or followed up on the condition of the victims.
