ABC24 was interviewing a woman about crime in the notorious Whitehaven neighborhood on Memphis. Memphis is the epicenter of homicides in Tennessee and Whitehaven is the epicenter of homicides in Memphis. Locals call it “Blackhaven,” because the area has mostly Black residents.
