Eoghan McCabe, the CEO and co-founder of Intercom donated $500,000 to this project and his staff is handling the grant process. Another $100,000 was added to the fund through GiveSendGo. Elon Musk also reportedly donated one million.

He wants to symbolically murder her all over again, to erase her existence (including from the collective memory). A cold-hearted, ignorant, cruel monster. He is also Jewish and gay (I wonder if this has any meaningful connection to his political decision-making?).
The murals created by Iryna Zarutska are truly striking and seem to carry a lot of powerful messaging. I was particularly drawn to the descriptions of how these projects are funded, with significant contributions from individuals and crowdfunding. It’s inspiring to see community support for public art that aims to make a statement. I’m curious if there’s a specific theme or intention behind the selection of locations for these murals, as that often adds another layer to the artwork’s impact. It really makes you think about the role of art in public spaces.
