A group of four Black males in a car videotaped themselves committing a savage attack on a bicyclist. It took place in Memphis, near the suburb of Bartlett. According to KWAM News Radio 990 AM, this occurred during the past 36 hours, but nothing is in the local news. The video was apparently live-streamed and brought to the attention of the radio station.
The video is reminiscent of the live-streamed Las Vegas rampage that left one victim dead and others injured.
