Mass shooting at celebrity filled afterparty for Justin Bieber concert, rapper Kodak Black among the wounded

It seems like rap music is a magnet for mass shootings

A star-studded West Hollywood after-party for a Justin Bieber concert left four people with gunshot wounds.

Cellphone video shows multiple well-known rappers posing for pictures outside when a fight starts. Gangster rapper Bill Kapri AKA Kodak Black appears to be involved in the melee.

A 19-year-old, a 20-year-old, 24-year-old Kodak Black, and a 60-year-old were hit by gunfire after a Black male fired nearly a dozen rounds. The party was being hosted by Justin Beiber and held at a high-dollar Italian restaurant called “Nice Guy.”

Multiple high-dollar vehicles can be seen in the cellphone video. Police believe the shooter arrived at the scene in a Ferrari.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Drake, Tobey Maguire, Kendall Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian are also said to have been at the party.

Kodak Black has a major criminal record. He accepted a plea deal in 2019 in exchange for a 46-month sentence. A few months later, he was charged with felony gun crimes and faced having years added to his 46-month sentence. Donald Trump commuted Kodak Black’s prison sentence during his last day in office even though Black still faced a sexual assault charge in South Carolina. He was later given a slap on the wrist plea deal in South Carolina and sentenced to probation. Months later, he was charged with violating his probation and agreed to go to drug rehab to avoid prison.

As Justin Bieber transitioned from a child star to an adult star, he collaborated with lots of Black rappers in an attempt to give himself a tougher, more masculine image.

As mass shootings surge in the USA, the rap/hip hop scenes seem to be a magnet for these attacks.
