Woman who blocked Capitol rioters from breaking windows is arrested by FBI, faces years in prison

FBI's own charging document seems to exonerate her

The majority of the people charged with trespassing in the US Capitol stood in line and waited for police to open the doors for them. US President Joe Biden once publicly bragged on national television about committing the same offense when he was aged 21.

A smaller percentage fought with police officers, broke windows, and entered the Capitol through these broken windows. At the forefront of this group was Utah BLM leader John Sullivan, who also goes by Jayden X. He has been charged with inciting riots and also faces charges for organizing a violent BLM riot in Provo, Utah. Jade Sacker, a photographer for NBC & NPR, was also part of this group. She is on video celebrating with John Sullivan inside the Capital building. Sacker defends her trespassing inside the Capitol, saying she was making a documentary about Sullivan’s far-left activism.

Sacker and other members of the media have not been charged with any crimes for trespassing inside the Capitol. Official members of the media appear to be above the law.

Leaked chat logs from John Sullivan’s discord chat show that he had other far-left accomplices who also at the scene. Some of these people posted pictures to prove there were there. These people have not yet been identified.

However, the FBI has charged Victoria White, who is on video trying to prevent people from breaking the windows of the US Capitol. The FBI says they identified White because she posted about the events on Facebook.

White is a single mother with four daughters. Last week, Federal agents swarmed her home in Rochester, MN, and arrested her. She faces years in federal prison. White previously claimed, on Facebook, that a police officer beat her while calling her a “b!tch.” She asserted on Facebook that she was the victim of an unprovoked attack by the police.

She has been charged with:

Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority

Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds

Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds

Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building

Impeding or Attempting to Impede Law Enforcement Officers Performing Official Duties

Obstruction of Justice/Congress

According to the FBI’s own “Statement of Facts,” White tried to prevent people from breaking windows. The FBI even links to a Youtube video showing her doing this.
