Note that these are just cases. Not all will result in a successful conviction.

“Whites Only” and “Black Only” refer to the race of the fatal gunshot victim. Philadelphia’s ability to solve and prosecute Black on Black homicides noticeably collapsed back in 2010. Currently, clearance rates for homicides with a White victim are also in decline.
