This was a four victim mass shooting. Three of the victims are White males, and one is a Latina. Authorities are classifying the identity of the perp because he is 17. However, his mother and his mother’s boyfriend both look Latino. Reedley is over 80% Latino.
The suspect is one of the victim’s neighbors. Both the mother and the mother’s boyfriend are also charged with crimes.
