Media calls it “road rage.”
However, police in Wilmington, DE, say Hector Sanchez, 31, was involved in a “road rage” incident with Donald Nave, 32, weeks earlier, and had been following and harassing him ever since.
Sanchez is charged with pre-meditated murder.
