Police say a 71 year-old launched a premediated shooting rampage at a strip mall in Gulfport, MS.
Samuel Andrews entered an AT&T store with a shotgun and started shooting at people. Employee Shane Basquill, 31, and customer Mary Anne Oberlies, 78, were killed.
