August 20, 2024 – Kyle Earl Higgins, 37, Topeka, Kansas – Black on White – Carjacking
Police say Rammelo Boatwright, 24, and Lorenzo Pattmon III, 21, murdered Kyle Higgins, 37, then drove away in his car with his child still inside.
They crashed the car while fleeing from police.
