“Detroit Man” Brandon Vaughn, 34, charged with murdering Billy Wooten in Fairmont, WV.
Vaughn and an unnamed female wrecked their car fleeing from the murder scene. Cops arrested Vaughn on a drug charge before they even knew about the murder.
