Habitual drunk driving illegal alien charged with slaughtering Tamara Thomas, 33, in Indianapolis.

Edwin Sosa-Gonzalez was RELEASED by ICE in 2/24, ordered to be removed by a judge in 6/26, yet allegedly killed a woman in late 9/26.
