January 11, 2026 – Jacob Patchen, 21, South Bend, Indiana – Black on White – Hate Crime 

 

Jacob Patchen, 21, murdered in his car while sitting at a red light.

Police say “serious violent felon” Tonell Jhakkar Williams, 36, pulled up next to him in an Escalade and shot him.

Williams was already charged with murder in 2015.
