The NYPD Hate Crimes division actually referred to a racially motivated Black on White attack as a “hate crime.” Normally this designation is reserved only for non-Whites and White homosexuals.

November 7th – Black male attacks Elderly White male
November 1st – Black attacks homosexual, race not mentioned
November 1st – Black male attacks Mexican
October 28th – Middle Easterners throw eggs at Jewish teenager
October 25th – Black male assaults Orthodox Jewish man
