Willie Collins, 42, is a convicted sex offender and lifetime criminal with an arrest record dating back to 1993. He was convicted of multiple counts of gross lewdness against children in 2017.
In September 2021, he was arrested for armed robbery. However, Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Kalani Hoo came to his rescue. Despite being a dangerous sex offender and homeless, Judge Hoo gave him “house arrest” and a comically low bail of $1,500.
On February 24th, he allegedly abducted and raped a 14-year-old White male victim. The victim was pulled into an alley and allegedly sexually attacked him inside of a dumpster.
Prosecutors say he targeted the boy because he hates White people.
He has been charged with the following:
- First-degree kidnapping of a minor – motivated by bias or hatred toward the victim
- Two counts of sexual assault against a child under 16 – motivated by bias or hatred toward the victim
- Battery with intent to commit sexual assault against a child under age 16 – motivated by bias or hatred toward the victim
- Child abuse or neglect – motivated by bias or hatred toward the victim
This time, Collins was denied bail. He has a competency hearing on March 25th. He is also facing another charge for a sex act that occurred in jail.
