Katie Guzenko, 27, was driving down the road when a .40 caliber bullet pierced the bridge of her nose. Two Black males were trying to shoot each other from opposite sides of the street as she happened to drive by.
Guzenko conflonted Ted Wheeler during a city council meeting on Wednesday. Guzenko is an immigrant from Ukraine.
