Dilyana Gaytandzhieva is a Bulgarian journalist who previously made a documentary about The Richard Lugar Center. This is a secretive Pentagon funded bio-lab in the capital of the Republic of Georgia. It is named after US Senator Richard Lugar. The Pentagon funds dozens of bio-labs around the world as part of its threat mitigation program to allegedly combat biological weapons.
