August 16, 2024 – Troy Daniel-Socha Ducote, 35, Shreveport, Louisiana – Black on White – Hate Crime
Ducote was chased by a mob of of “juveniles” in a 88% Black census tract. They threw bottles at him. When they couldn’t catch him, one of them shot Ducote in the back.
A classified 14 year-old has been charged as the gunman.
