August 7, 2024 – Brandon Ramirez, 21, Green Bay, Wisconsin – Black on Latino – Ambush/robbery
Ambush robbery under the pretense of buying marijuana from the victim. Three other Black males have been charged as accomplices.
Victim was shot on August 7th and died of his injuries on August 9th.
