Miller is only being held on charges that he doctored up the crime scene to create a false narrative and then destroyed evidence. More arrests could come.
Four people shot. One White male, one Black male, a Latina, and a White female. Police original said it was gang related, but now police say Miller placed guns into the hands of the victims after they were shot.
