Collins allegedly launched a completely unprovoked attack on a woman with two kids at a train station. Colden Kimber rushed in to save them and was stabbed in the neck.
San Francisco censors all mugshots claiming they stigmatize Black people. The county jail listed the suspect as Asian/Pacific Islander.
