Olympia cuts “White supremacy culture” music classes from schools

Excellence is exclusionary

Music education has been slashed from the 4th and 5th grades at the request of far-left Black racial militant, and convicted felon Talauna Reed. She was not elected to the school board, but rather appointed to fill a vacancy. She had previously ran for city council and lost.

Reed promotes the claim that “a tradition of excellence” is “exclusionary.” She says that the district’s music classes are entrenched in “white supremacy.”

Reaed has a criminal record that includes domestic violence, embezzlement, theft, unlawful issuance of bank checks, driving with a suspended license, and assault.
