  June 12, 2024 – Michael Sebastian, 31, Washington, District of Columbia – Black on Latino – Altercation 

Washington DC police announced they were looking for two Black males.

“Shooting Investigation in the 900 block of 1st Street, SE. LOF (2) B/M’s, 20-30 yoa, wearing black hooded shirts with white shoes in an unknown SUV.”
