Even in Oregon, a bill to empower homeless people keeps failing

Right To Rest Act

Oregon HB 3501 was scheduled for a public hearing on May 4th. It has now been canceled. The far left has been trying to get this passed for many years.

The bill would give the homeless the “right” to camp out on any public property, and it would be illegal for anyone to tell them to leave. Supporters of the bill say they will try again next year.
