Congressman Paul Gosar challenges the legality of placing US citizens on the TSA’s “No-Fly” list

Is the Biden administration using No-Fly list to persecute political enemies?

Anton Lunyk. For months, prominent left-wing Twitter accounts claimed this was Nick Fuentes.

In response to the TSA placing conservative social media commentator Nick Fuentes on the “No Fly” list, US Congressman Paul Gosar (AZ-4) is demanding accountability and challenging the legality of the TSA’s “No Fly” list.

Prominent left-wing personalities and organizations immediately denounced Gosar on social media.

Nick Fuentes has already filed a lawsuit against the TSA himself.

Fuentes was widely accused, buy left-wing agitation groups of being inside the US Capitol Building on January 6th. While he attended the Trump rally in DC, he was nowhere near the Capitol building. For months, photographs were being passed around on social media that numerous left-wing personalities claimed was Fuentes inside the US Capitol. The FBI has now identified the man in the pictures as Brooklyn resident Anton Lunyk. He was just arrested by the FBI last Monday after a classmate at his college recognized him in the photos.
