African immigrant beats cleaning lady saying “in my country we beat our women”

He has 55 past cases in Nashville

Issah Abdallah, who is listed as a 48 year old Black male in public records, was arrested on May 24th for beating a cleaning lady with a broken broomstick.

Abdallah allegedly told his victim “in my country we beat our women.” The victim was heard screaming “help me” and two men knocked on the door. When Abdallah opened the door, she broke free from his grip and ran out.

On May 27th, he was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond is $20k. He is currently in custody.

Public records show that Abdallah has been habitually arrested over and over in the Nashville area since 2011. There are fifty five old cases against him. However, almost every charge has resulted in being dismissed or otherwise not prosecuted.

His past charges include:

Public Intoxication
Solicitation
Criminals Trespassing
Disorderly Conduct
Obstructing Passage
Resisting Arrest
Assault

Out of fifty five cases, he was prosecuted and found guilty of three. He was found guilty of assault in 2011. In 2019 he was found guilty of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

No wonder he thought he could beat a cleaning lady. He does whatever he wants and is almost always not prosecuted. His country of origin is unknown. Abdallah is a common surname in a variety of Islamic countries.
