This is British Foreign Secretary David Lammy, who PM Keir Starmer appointed on July 5th. He has been a member of the British Parliament for the Labour party since 2000, but does not identify himself as British. As seen in this speech from 2018, he identifies himself as Caribbean. He also demands that the indigenous people of Britain pay reparations to Caribbeans. He is a Black racial nationalist who seems to view Britain as a country ripe for plundering.
The Dutch founded Guyana in South America, but later ceded it to the British. Starmer’s family moved to Britain from Guyana.
Blacks have been leaving Guyana in large numbers since the ’60s to move to White countries. At one time, Guyana tried to recruit Black Americans to move to Guyana to stabilize their falling population. All they got was Jim Jones. Now, Guyana is over 40% Indian from India. Blacks keep moving out, and Indians have moved in.
