On December 13th, Francis Carroll, 22, was arrested at an Antifa squatter camp outside Atlanta. He was charged with domestic terrorism, criminal; trespass, aggravated assault, felony obstruction, interference with government property, and possession of tools for committing a crime.
Carroll traveled to Atlanta from Maine. Prosecutors wanted to keep him in custody. Yet, he was released from custody on December 29th after being granted a tiny $13.5k bond by DeKalb County Senior Judge Mathew Robins.
Police arrested him again during an Antifa riot in Atlanta this weekend.
He has been charged with domestic terrorism, felony obstruction, blocking the street, first-degree arson, 2nd-degree property damage, felony interference, rioting, unlawful assembly, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
