Police are calling this one “gang-related, not gang motivated.” Three days after the fact, few details have been released.
Police say 14 people were shot, and three were rammed with cars. Two people died from gunshots, and one died from being rammed. Several other people were initially listed as critical. There has been no update on their conditions. The incident took place at 2:42 AM Sunday morning outside a small bar.
Police have not announced any suspects or released the names of the fatalities. The non-fatal victims range from 16 to 49 and include seven males and seven females. The attack occurred in census tract 001200, which is listed as 85% Black.
