Dr. Brittney Cooper is a professor at Rutgers University. She works for the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies department. She also calls herself “Professor Crunk.”
She made a video with The Root, depicting the world as a battle between Whites and non-Whites. At one point, she blurts out, “We gotta take these MF’ers out.”
The Root is a so-called Black media outlet whose slogan is “The Blacker the Content the Sweeter the Truth.” Their website focuses on promoting far-left political views. In reality, The Root is not even Black-owned.
It was founded in 2008 by Henry Louis Gates Jr., a Black Yale Professor, and Donald E. Graham, a White/Jewish media boss. Graham maintained ownership of The Root through a holding company and sold it to Univision, a Latino-themed media company, in 2015.
Later, The Root was sold to Jim Spanfeller, a White/Jewish man who owns G/O Media. The Root does not, nor has it ever had a Black owner!
