19 trans militants arrested for rioting inside Kentucky capital

KY legislature overrides governor's veto on SB 150

Nineteen people were arrested inside the Kentucky state capital yesterday and charged with trespassing.

The legislature voted to override Governor Andrew Beshear’s veto of SB 150. The Senate voted 29-8, and the House voted 76-23 to veto the bill.

SB 150 outlaws transsexual hormonal drugs and medical procedures for minors. This makes Kentucky the tenth state to enact this law. West Virginia lawmakers also passed a similar law still awaiting the Governor’s signature.

SB 150 also sets comprehensive new guidelines for sex education in Schools. It increases parental rights and bans public schools from allowing boys in the woman’s bathrooms or showers. The bill also blocks schools from requiring teachers or students to use special pronouns.
