Jose Carlos Villanueva, 47, has been charged with dousing Amanda Buchanan, 44, with gasoline and burning her alive inside a Chula Vista, CA 7/11. A second woman was seriously injured.
Buchanan was the manager of the 7/11 and Villanueva’s ex-girlfriend.
