Dayton, OH police say four “teens” shot and killed Joshua Fuller, 37, in an unprovoked attack as he walked out of a convenience store.
Cops arrested two suspects, aged 16 and 17, and classified their names. Census tract is 68% Black.
Cops say no words were spoken, he was just shot out of the blue. Possible gang initiation shooting.
