Woman killed in #ghettoairstrike style shooting at Houston, TX apartment complex.
Police say Julianna Cardenas, 22, agreed to meet another woman for a one-on-one fight. They say Javon Brown, 25, got angry at some point and shot both of them.
The other unnamed woman survived.
