Majesti Faith Lee charged with slaughtering family while driving drunk on the wrong side of the interstate near Richmond, TX, on 12/20.
Lizbeth Contreras, 27, Diego Pena Jr., 26, and Camila Pena, 5, killed. Three year-old severely injured.
