Off-duty constable Aaron Armstrong was killed “execution style” outside Club Rodeo in Austin, TX.
Investigators say Armstrong was off-duty but assisted employees in expelling the perpetrators. Thomas Vences then shot him, and his getaway driver drove over Armstrong’s body.
