Ariel Spillner, 26, a beautiful pharmacy student at Concordia, was murdered in Milwaukee, WI, a block from the Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education.
Jamica Mills asked Ariel Spillner to come to her house for her birthday. She told cops she shot her after smoking cannabis and becoming paranoid.
