Police say family of three, Alonzo Hawkins, Doneisha Brooks, and Olivia Brooks, 8, had just moved to Georgetown, TX, and shared an apartment with another man.
Their roommates son, career criminal Raul Franco, 26, allegedly killed them while his father was out of town.
