Police say massively coddled career violent criminal Joseph Vicencio, 27, killed his girlfriend Tarrah Taylor, 26, her roommate Jeannessa Lurie, 24, and her roommate’s boyfriend Max Ryan, 26.
Vicencio famously shot up the SJSU library in 2019.
