Police say ethnic Hmong, Ace Vue, 34, drove seven miles in the wrong direction, doing 100 mph on I-43, before slaughtering Jay, 56, and Nicole Horne, 51, near Belgium, WI.
The rampage was captured on Vue’s own dashcam.
