“Colorblind” IT professional Troy Waldrep, 47, who “seamlessly went from Caucasian to African American communities,” was shot in the face and killed when he arrived at a section 8 apartment complex to pick up his girlfriend in Canton, MS.
Convicted felon James Ross charged.
