NBC National Tech Reporter says “racism” caused the Black leadership of Jackson to neglect their infrastructure

Obviously this is all the fault of the White man!

Kat Tenbarge, a “tech reporter” for NBC National News, blamed White people for the failure of the Black leadership of Jackson, MS, to maintain the city’s infrastructure properly.

Tenbarge is so confident in her tweets that she has turned off replies. No one can respond to her directly.

Jackson currently has a Black mayor, and five out of seven city council members are Black. The previous mayor was Chokwe Lumumba, a famous Black separatist who described himself as the “President of New Afrika” in the 1970s. He led the “Republic of New Afrika” alongside the widow of Malcolm X. Then he led the New African Peoples Organization.

Three years after Lumumba died in 2014, his son Chokwe Antar Lumumba was elected mayor. He describes himself as “a progressive socialist” and a “revolutionary.”

Yet despite their revolutionary mayors and mostly Black leadership, the city is in chaos. Last year, the city had one of the highest murder rates in the world. The city’s infrastructure is falling apart because the city leadership has neglected it.
