On April 10th, Lawrence Herr, 66, was shot and killed while fixing a mailbox. The suspects are Tahj Matthews and Maurice Holmes.
Initially police said one of the suspects confessed and said they just wanted to kill someone. Apparently, this was a lie by omission. He actually told the police they “wanted to kill a White man.”
