December 9, 2023 – Angela Bray, 63, Lubbock, Texas – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing

Nigerian Igbo was just charged with slaughtering Uber driver and passenger in Lubbock, TX over 2.5 years ago!!!

Authorities say Princeton Ugwu, now 27, killed two people driving 109 mph in a 30 mph while drunk.

The fatalities are Uber driver Angela Bray, 63, and her passenger Rodrigo Torres, 23.
