October 18, 2024 – Leroy Weinke, 66, Nashville, Tennessee – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing 

Police say the suspect was drunk, high, speeding, ran a red-light, drove onto the sidewalk, and plowed into an entire family of tourists. Three other people were hospitalized.

Note: Suspects are not legally considered guilty until guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
