Gujarati immigrant charged with murdering 14 year-old boy in West Melbourne, FL.
Police say shop-keeper Kavan Patel intentionally rammed Hunter Russey, who was on a bicycle. Then he dumped the victim in a ditch, while he was still breathing, and left him there to die. Russey was found hours later and survived on life-support for four more days.
Patel blamed Russey for triggering a burglar alarm at his shop.
