After grandstanding about seeking the federal death penalty, feds quietly hand case back to extreme-left Hennepin CA Mary Moriarty.

Last Sept, human crime machine Edward Arrington committed an armed carjacking on camera and then slaughtered two women while fleeing from police.

One of the victims is White and one is Black.
