2024 Uzbek winner of Diversity VISA Lottery, Bekhzod Asrarov, 42, who speaks no English, was given a CDL by Ohio.

Cops say he rammed a car, slaughtering UMass soccer star Tobias Forsythe, 21. They found him smashing his logging device and three phones.
