Illegal alien wanted for murdering bail bondsman James Eastis in Hayden, AL.

Last Sept, Bibb County, AL charged Francisco Sinecio-Alvarez, 38, with a felony and then RELEASED him on a $5,000 bond instead of handing him over to ICE.

Sinecio is on the run, $10K reward offered.
